Learning Through Empathy
Check out this website that includes a playlist of NFB videos to use in elementary classrooms in order to teach and talk about empathy. A great idea for anti-bullying initiatives. Remember that April 10th is the Day of Pink, the International Day against Bullying, Discrimination, Homophobia and
Transphobia in schools and communities. We invite everyone to celebrate
diversity by wearing a pink shirt and by organizing activities in their
workplaces, organizations, communities and schools.

Bullying Stops in Pink
Celebrate Pink Shirt Day 2012 on February 29th!! Show you refuse to allow bullying to occur in YOUR school by showing your support and wearing your pink shirt. (Pink Shirt Day is also known as "Friday" throughout the year at OMSK.)
